MFT Stamps Card Design Superstar: Clean & Simple Genius

Hi everyone! I'm so excited that MFT Stamps is running their famous Card Design Superstar contest again this year..! I did make this card with a lot of thoughts and love, and here's my entry for Clean & Simple Genius category:

I stamped the cute yeti from Beast Friends stamp set and colored him using Zig clean color real brush and then fussy cut him. I only put a light color on him so it would give a pop on the white background. For the background, I die cut a white card-stock using MFT Die-namics Inside/Out Stitch Rectangle STAX (the largest one) and embossed it with snowflakes pattern. I stamped the sentiment also on a white card-stock and die cut it around using the same Die-namics (this time I used the smallest one). I colored the sentiment only on the outside to keep it clean. Next I put on my yeti and sentiment at the center of the background, then put them all on a light blue top folding card base.

Well, that's it. I must say clean and simple cards is not my style. But with this contest, it really challenges me to work outside my comfort zone. And I have to admit too, I do LOVE the result! Hope you love it like I do and have a nice day!

MFTWSC You're Growing Up Up Up

Hi! Today I'm back to share another card that I made. This time I made it using MFT stamps called Up in the Air. Here it is..

I stamped out the images and colored it using Zig clean color real brush and then fussy cut it. I die cut a background paper using CDD Fancy Frame Dies and made the clouds using Victorian Velvet Distress Ink on a stencil that I made. I put a patterned paper at the bottom of the background and added a yellow strip between. I stamped up the sentiments and added some sequins for the last touch. Last I put them all on a light yellow card stock.

Well, that's it. I hope you like the card that I made and see you on another project ;)

LFC Cards for Kids

Hi! Today I'm back to share another card that I made. This time I made a slider card using Lawn Fawn clear stamp set called Booyah. Here it is..

I stamped out the images and colored it using Zig clean color real brush and then fussy cut it. I made the sky background using Pumice Stone Distress Ink. I made the hill and the houses by die cutting a black paper using Lawn Cuts Little Town Border. I die cut three sliders on the background for the three little ghosts. After putting the background sky using double sided tape on a black card base I put on the ghosts on each slider using double sided tape too. Then I put on the hill on top of the ghosts using double sided tape again so the ghosts were hidden behind the hill. Last I die cut a banner and colored it using the same Distress Ink and then stamped the sentiment on it.

Well, that's it. I hope you like the card that I made and see you on another project ;)

Just for You..

Hi! Today I'm back to share another card that I made. This time I made it using Craftin Desert Divas digi stamp set called Squeezed Lemonade. At first I really wanted to make an autumn themed card, but when I added the drops as the final touch, why does it look like snow? LOL. Well, here it is..

I printed out the image and color it using Finecolour markers and then fussy cut it. I die cut a patterned paper for the background using dies from CDD Fancy Frame Dies. Next for the land I die cut a brown card stock using CDD Ocean Border Dies. I put the image on the background paper and stamped out the sentiment from CDD Simply Said clear stamp set then white embossed it. Then I put them all on a white card base. Last, I put on some Nuvo Crystal Drops (Simply White) for the final touch.

Well, that's it. I hope you like the card that I made and see you on another project ;)

Trolls Photo Layout

Hi! Today I'm back to share another 4x6" photo layout that I'm doing for my Instax photos. I used Craftin Desert Divas clear stamp set called Treasure Trolls. Here it is..

First I stamped all the images and colored it using Zig clean color real brush and then fussy cut it. Then I cut a 4x6" striped patterned paper for the base and punched 2 holes for the rings. I also cut brown card stock for the ground. I put all my images on the base as shown in the picture (I love the diamonds that were partly buried in the ground). Last I added some details using white gel pen.

Well, that's it. I hope you like the card that I made and see you on another project ;)

MFTWSC I Like How You Roll Slider Card

Hi! Today I'm back to share another card that I made. This time I used MFT Stamps clear stamp set called Happy Hedgehogs. Here it is..

First I stamped the images on a white paper and colored it using Finecolour markers and then fussy cut them. Then I cut a red patterned paper for the background and added a strip of scalloped paper at the bottom. I die cut the slider using MFT Die-namics called Circle Spinner Channels and added some round double sided foam tape behind the hedgehog that would spin on it so it can roll. Next I put my other images on the background and put that background on top of a dark green card base using double sided foam tape to give the slider some space to move. I stamped the sentiment on a strip of paper and put it at the top left side of the card.

Well, that's it. I hope you like the card that I made and see you on another project ;)
